detail-oriented Lifecycle and Communications Marketing Executive
to join our growing team.
Youll play a crucial role in executing customer communications, driving engagement, and ensuring our marketing operations run smoothly.

Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns
Plan, build, and deploy lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
Design communication flows for user onboarding, activation, retention, win-back, and other key stages of the customer journey.
Create and manage landing pages tied to specific lifecycle campaigns, ensuring seamless user journeys and clear calls to action.
Partner with the product marketing team to ensure timely announcements of new features or updates.
Coordinate with other teams to align messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Content & Copywriting
Write engaging, concise, and customer-centric copy for various channels.
Translate complex product details into simple, clear messaging for users.
Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all communications.
Create templates and reusable content blocks for different campaign types.
CRM Platform Management
Set up and manage campaigns and workflows in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Customer.io, or similar tools.
Segment audiences effectively for personalized targeting.
Maintain and organize lists, ensuring data quality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM integrations, email templates, and automations.
Campaign Optimization & Reporting
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, gathering insights to inform future strategies.
Run experiments such as A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Document learnings and propose actionable improvements for future campaigns.
Collaborate with analytics or data teams to access deeper insights when needed.
Operational Excellence & Innovation
Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, testing, and campaign-building processes.
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and reduce manual work.
Stay updated on best practices and trends in lifecycle marketing and customer communication.
Participate actively in team meetings, bringing ideas and solutions to the table.
About You
2-3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing communications, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting compelling customer-facing copy.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Unbounce, Webflow, Customer.io etc.).
Curious and proactive in adopting AI tools to boost productivity and improve outcomes.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic setting.
Enjoys collaborating with diverse teams while also being self-driven and resourceful.
