About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our Team as a Lighting Control Technician supporting the expansion of our wireless lighting control system integration services.
Key Responsibilities
System Installation & Configuration
- Install lighting control systems according to design specifications and project requirements.
- Connect and configure control panels, dimmers, sensors, and related devices.
- Program systems for optimal performance, energy efficiency, and user preferences.
- Customize user interfaces (touch panels, mobile apps, or software) for intuitive operation.
Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure full system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or programming issues.
- Perform commissioning to confirm performance meets design intent and client expectations.
- Carry out regular maintenance to ensure long-term system reliability.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair issues on-site or remotely in a timely manner.
- Provide effective technical support and service responses to clients.
- Recommend system enhancements or upgrades to improve user experience and performance.
Documentation & Handover
- Maintain accurate records of wiring, programming, and configuration details.
- Prepare user manuals or handover documents.
- Conduct basic system training sessions for clients or end users.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience with Casambi lighting control systems is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with lighting protocols such as DALI, DMX, or KNX preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in smart lighting or automation systems is an advantage.

Pay: $2, $4,000.00 per month
