Responsibilities
- Contract Execution – Ensure timely and accurate execution of natural gas and LNG contracts.
- Scheduling & Logistics – Coordinate gas pipeline nominations and LNG cargo schedules with counterparties, shippers, terminals, and traders.
- Documentation – Prepare, review, and manage all shipping, pipeline, customs, and terminal documentation.
- Operational Coordination – Act as the primary point of contact between traders, finance, risk control, and external partners for day-to-day operations.
- Issue Management – Resolve operational issues such as scheduling conflicts, delivery delays, or documentation discrepancies.
- Compliance & Risk – Follow corporate policies on credit, sanctions, and operational risk.
- Reporting – Maintain accurate operational records and provide daily/monthly operational reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimally 3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Operations, preferably in natural gas/LNG.
- Strong understanding of shipping, logistics, contracts and trade lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
