Responsibilities:
Plan and run order waving and picking on timePerform daily physical inventory return related task, support cycle count / inbound / check on holding stocks health / return / transfer / adjustments / lost / damage and etcManage expiry and batchControl and minimize OOS and back order ratioCoordinate with Store ops and customer service teamClosely work with warehouse ops, store ops, finance, key account mgmt and provide updatesResponsible to respond email, tickets or chat enquiries promptlyOther tasks as assigned by SG Operations Manager Qualification:
