Plan and run order waving and picking on time
Perform daily physical inventory return related task, support cycle count / inbound / check on holding stocks health / return / transfer / adjustments / lost / damage and etc
Manage expiry and batch
Control and minimize OOS and back order ratio
Coordinate with Store ops and customer service team
Closely work with warehouse ops, store ops, finance, key account mgmt and provide updates
Responsible to respond email, tickets or chat enquiries promptly
Other tasks as assigned by SG Operations Manager
Qualification:
Diploma, certifications or equivalent work experience in a related field.
With a minimum of 2 years of working experience in ground operations
Experience with the use of warehouse system ERP/WMS and RF scanner
Working experience in e-commerce, manufacturing or retail business are addedadvantages
Strong communications skills in English is must
