Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Service department and report to the Team Manager
- Handle bookings for both air and sea freight shipments
- Liaise with carriers and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Manage sea documentation such as bookings and Bills of Lading
- Support daily department operations and ad-hoc tasks
- Work independently and proactively to complete assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems
- 1–2 years of experience in freight/logistics industry preferred (entry-level candidates with strong interest will be considered)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
