Duties:
- Manage new customer onboarding and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
- Work with stakeholders and suppliers to meet customer KPIs and business goals.
- nConduct business reviews and provide market insights with proactive action plans.
- Visit customers, assess needs, and recommend products/services to drive revenue growth.
- Develop pricing models with Key Account Support and propose to management.
- Negotiate prices, close sales orders, and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue prospective customers, building strong business relationships.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals, offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align on forecasting, planning, and pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, proposals, and follow-ups.
Requirement:
- 4 to 6 years of related sales experience with a 3PL/Freight Forwarding/Logistics company with proven track records
- Possess experience in Freight Forwarding operations and management with good knowledge in shipping documents and custom procedures
