Description:
- Plan, supervise, and execute daily inbound & outbound admin/operations activities to meet KPIs.
- Allocate resources, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Train, supervise, and ensure team compliance with HSE, security, 5S, quality, and system processes.
- Liaise with customers, transporters, and vendors for shipments, returns, and day-to-day matters.
- Generate and submit operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Support system testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recommend disciplinary actions, arrange overtime when needed, and assist in team building.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Operations Executive
Requirement:
- Preferably 3 years of related experience
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)
- Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g.
PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage - Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
- Must have experience in leading a team
