Job Highlights
- 1-Year Contract with Completion Bonus (1 Month Salary)
- Attractive Salary: $3,300 – $3,600 per month
- Monday – Friday, Office Hours (8:30am – 5:30pm)
- 14 Days Annual Leave + 14 Days Medical Leave
- Medical Coverage ($35 per visit, up to $490 per year)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and customer service activities for both air and sea shipments
- Create and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate system updates
- Liaise with clients on shipment requests, order details, and delivery arrangements
- Support order fulfilment and ensure smooth logistics operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Shipping, Logistics Administration, or Order Fulfilment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
