Job Description
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Provide administrative support in Logistics department
- Handling Logistics / Shipping documents
- Update data into ERP systems
- Ensure proper documentation and operation
- Assist in other aspects of other logistics operations as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 1 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
- Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Team player and committed to work
- Effective communication and co-ordination skill
- Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate
- Ability to communicate in English & Chinese to liaise with English & Chinese speaking stakeholders
