Main duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipments/local collections/deliveries.
- Communicate with 3PL such as forwarding agents and transporters to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, such as BL, Invoice, Packing List, Movemenform Form etc.
- Track shipments and update internal teams on delivery statuses and potential delays.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide support to the logistics and operations teams as needed.
- Generate reports on logistics performance metrics for management review Handle logistics related inquiries within internal or external.
Job Requirements:
- O Level or Diploma level
- Proficient in managing logistics documentation and coordination
- Able to understand, read, write, and speak simple English
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Experience in logistics coordination or related field preferred
- Good customer service skills / team player
- Team player with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
- Honest, reliable, eager to learn, and problem-solving oriented
