Responsibilities
Collaborate with logistics stakeholders and service providers to resolve quality issues (e.g., shipment exceptions, damages, losses), ensuring timely investigations, actionable corrective measures, and stakeholder alignment based on trend analysis and recommendations.
Lead monthly performance review calls with logistics service providers and global stakeholders, identifying performance gaps and driving improvements in service delivery.
Collect and define operational requirements for system and process enhancements, working closely with the Business Solutions team to support implementation.
Manage and analyze complex datasets, design templates for reporting, and prepare data for quarterly reports; support or lead quarter‐end review calls with global stakeholders.
Drive project initiatives by leading group meetings, facilitating stakeholder discussions, securing alignment on actions and timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Qualifications
With more than 5 years working experience.
Knowledge in air freight operations and freight cost; available to work one Saturday per quarter.
Interest in Data Management and Project Management.
Additional Information
Up to $5,000.
Located in Changi.
1‐year contract (Renewable).
