Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Deliveries: Liaise with clients and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, aligned with client expectations.
- Logistics Planning: Work closely with the driver operations team to assign logistics personnel (e.g. truck drivers) based on project needs and availability.
- Track Shipments: Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-schedule arrivals.
- Client Support: Attend to client requests, assist with claims for additional charges, and provide excellent service throughout the process.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare end-of-day reports and generate invoices when needed for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Event Logistics: Arrange and coordinate same-day deliveries for high-priority events and time-sensitive projects.
- Hands-On Assistance: Step in to help with sorting and packing when necessary—teamwork makes the dream work
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail with a knack for solving problems on the fly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you'll be working with a wide range of people
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week (4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend)
- Able to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, evening shifts) and public holidays when required
