Roles & Responsibilities - Description
- Coordinating and streamlining daily operations, creating new strategies, and improving processes based on feedback.
- Liaising with various departments to enhance coordination and efficiency across the company.
- Optimizing time and resource allocations and analyzing performance to present findings to management.
- Leading teams, providing direction, assisting with decision-making, and helping to resolve conflicts.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company and its subsidiaries
- other safety certificates and forklift licence are an added advantage
- Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and with trading and operations professionals to maximize effciency and minimize cost for our commodity trades
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers and logistics providers to ensurre the smooth flow of commodities to and from our trading partners
- Monitor vessel movements and cargo availabilty to ensure timely delivery and minimize demurrage
Job Requirements:
- Relevant working experiences as business operations or related fields.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Able to work independently, with a high level of responsibility and initiative
