About the Roles
We are looking for a Logistics/ Shipping Coordinator (Import & Export Documentation) to join a wholesale trade company located in Aljunied, just 8 minutes' walk from the MRT.
This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week (Mon – Fri, 9AM – 6PM; Sat, 9AM – 1PM, with one Saturday off per month).
The role comes with a basic salary and performance bonus, offering stability and growth opportunities in logistics and shipping operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and prepare documentation for import and export shipments.
- Track shipment movements and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, agents, couriers, and transport partners for daily coordination.
- Verify, review, and ensure shipping documents comply with accuracy and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics and shipping function.
- Handle additional shipping-related tasks as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is an advantage.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics/shipping systems.
