Job description

[What the role is]

MANAGER – FIELD ENGAGEMENT

[What you will be working on]

Join a team of changemakers on a mission to redesign the motoring experience – creating a future where transactions happen effortlessly, touchpoints are thoughtfully designed, and where every interaction in a delight.

You will be part of a team to reinvent the One Motoring platform, building new capabilities to enable real-time billing, personalised dashboards, and intuitive user flows.

As Manager, Field Engagement, you will be at the frontline of change management, working with industry partners and motorists to drive adoption of new digital motoring systems.

You will lead hands-on engagement with operational teams, field managers, and the everyday motorist.

What You’ll Do
•    Execute Change Management at Scale: Create structured engagement strategies to support industry stakeholders and citizens in adapting to new digital motoring platforms, tailoring messaging for different user segments and ensuring no stakeholder is left behind.
•    Engage Stakeholders: Work with internal teams and external partners like inspection firms, car dealers, taxi firms, and fleet operators to prepare them for new system rollouts.
•    Address Ground Challenges: Act as the point of contact for issues faced by industry partners in system adoption, escalating insights to product and masterplanning teams.

Defuse tensions and serve as the point of escalation to manage field issues.
•    Support Everyday Motorists: Curate broad-based engagement to reach motorists via industry partners – including drivers of taxis, ride-shares, and delivery vehicles to ensure they are confident in using the new systems and understand how to seek help.
•    Reduce Change Resistance: Proactively mitigate resistance to change by building trust, gathering feedback, and ensuring users are equipped with the necessary knowledge.
•    Lead Team of Engagement Specialists: You will lead a team of engagement specialists to support the execution of your change management and ground sensing plans.

[What we are looking for]

•    At least 7 years of experience in change management and training, ideally in transport, mobility, or public sector digital transformation.
•    You have a structured, execution-driven mindset to develop clear, scalable change management frameworks.

Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) is a plus.
•    Excel at building trust with diverse stakeholders, from enterprise fleet managers to vehicle dealers and individual drivers.

You are calm and composed even in the face of agitated citizens and when engaging on emotionally charged issues.
•    Strong engagement and training skills, with a track record of delivering inspiring workshops, training sessions, and field engagement to drive tech adoption.
•    Highly adaptable, able to adjust strategies and engagement approaches based on real-world challenges and on-the-ground feedback.
•    Ability to lend courage to your team in the field, ensuring that they feel supported and can count on your leadership to tackle complex issues and escalations.
•    Familiarity with motoring platforms, the car sales and dealership ecosystem, or experience in implementing government schemes is a significant advantage.
