We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Retail Sales Associate / Client Advisor.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences while representing our brand's heritage and excellence in fashion and fine jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised clienteling and create memorable in-store experiences.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through CRM and client outreach.
- Drive sales by showcasing expert knowledge of fashion, fine jewellery, and brand collections.
- Deliver excellent product presentations, styling advice, and after-sales service.
- Support store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while upholding brand image and service standards.
- Assist with events, private appointments, and exclusive client engagements.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and luxury client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail or client-facing experience, preferably in luxury fashion, jewellery, or watches.
- Strong sales and clienteling skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Passion for luxury fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or a second language is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional, and confident in engaging with high-net-worth clientele.
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
