Key Responsibilities:
1.
Assist the Project Manager in project planning, technical/engineering matters, authority submissions and site matters.
2.
Supervise and monitor projects to ensure adherence to operating procedures, quality standards, contractual specifications and safety compliances.
3.
Oversee M&E works, site inspections, progress monitoring, ensuring compliance with company and authority requirements.
4.
Review M&E drawings, materials submissions and shop drawings and align them to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
Prepare combined services drawings.
5.
Oversee daily site activities, progress and schedules, ensuring compliance with master and detailed work programmes.
Able to work out detailed M&E programmes.
6.
Coordination with internal departments, subcontractors, consultants, and users to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
1.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
2.
Minimum 2 years of site experience in local construction firm
3.
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
4.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
6.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
