Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, and documentation for all related M&E works
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, providing M&E resolutions with proper documentation where required
- Review project specifications, address technical clarifications, and resolve discrepancies or defects in construction drawings
- Prepare method statements, check for inconsistencies, and ensure alignment with project requirements
- Monitor progress of M&E works, troubleshoot site issues, and provide timely solutions
- Ensure quality of M&E workmanship in compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
- Participate in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works
- Support and contribute to a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination for New Build / A&A / R&R projects
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction processes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to site challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Highly motivated, independent, and responsible, with strong team spirit and adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
