Job Description
Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation for all related M & E works
Coordinate with Client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on all technical matters and provide all M & E related resolutions with documentation, where required
Review project specifications and technical clarifications
Prepare method statements and check drawings discrepancies, defects inconsistencies in construction drawings
Monitor progress of works and troubleshoot issues on site
Ensure quality of M & E workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental requirements
Possess growth mindset and positive attitude

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years' work experience in M & E related roles in New Build / R & R / A & A projects
Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with relevant site people to execute work
Ability to work independently and under pressure
