What You'll Do
- Manage office moves and reconfigurations for assigned buildings, support space planning and manage non-project moves, furniture, and workspace allocation.
- Analyze space data, update CAD drawings, and provide planning metrics.
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams; oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with policies and external requirements.
- Manage assets ordering (Add/Remove/Relocate) and participate in MAC meetings with the client.
- Support monitoring of project financials, ensure POs are available, review invoices and pay applications for accuracy, and troubleshoot escalated commitments.
- Regularly work with external contractors; provide post-move on-site supervision and identify process improvements.
What You'll Need
- Diploma or Degree with 2–5 years of related experience.
- Understanding of processes, procedures, systems within the job function.
- Ability to read and process floor plans/drawings.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and client coordination abilities.
- Experience in MAC & facilities environments; able to work in fast-paced multinational settings.
