Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages by courier
- Maintain an organised and tidy mailroom
- Assist with filing and documentation of mail-related materials
- Handle all incoming/outgoing packages safely and accurately
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Experience in mailroom, admin or customer service roles preferred (not a must)
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Able to work independently
- Must be open to training and deployment at different sites when activated
