Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for facility maintenance, machinery upgrades, and equipment repairs while ensuring minimal downtime.
Diagnose and resolve machinery issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain service records.
Oversee spare parts procurement, enforce safety compliance, and manage maintenance budgets to optimize efficiency.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, cost-effective services, and major overhauls.
Provide basic training on machinery and equipment maintenance for operational staff.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on CNC machines in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
