Responsibilities
Assist in the management and execution of Operations & Support (O&S) projects under LBD, ensuring timely delivery of maintenance activities.
Provide training support in IGTS as a system operator, guiding users in proper system usage and troubleshooting.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services
Carry out hardware maintenance on servers, PCs, electronic equipment, and mechanical parts.
Support system administration tasks such as server/PC data backup, OS patching, and antivirus updates.
Create and maintain maintenance process documentation, including spare management, service reports, and consolidated monthly reporting.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, respond to requests, and provide technical support.
Act as an independent checker during stock-taking activities for O&S maintenance projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware and electronic equipment, including component-level work such as soldering.
Supervise contractors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance operations.
Requirements / Skills
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge in computers, servers, electronics equipment troubleshooting, and repair.
Hands-on experience in soldering, diagnostics, and fault rectification.
Knowledge of system administration (data backup, OS patching, antivirus updates).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, records, and reports.
Knowledge in mechanical engineering is an added advantage.
Familiarity with software/system maintenance will be a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and a team-working mindset.
