Job Description
As a Facility Management Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the facility management team in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Your main duties will include:
- Assist in the coordination of all maintenance, repair and renovation projects
- Respond to schools' request for maintenance work
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to determine their causes for the prevention of future occurrence
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure timely completion of all work request records
- Keep proper records of legal contracts and vendor information and monitor the expiry of contracts
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
This includes working with the contractors to schedule pest control and air-conditioning for schools - Providing support in building and development projects
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in facility management, property management or related fields
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
