Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on plant and machineries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Inspections and diagnostic tests to identify faults & analyze technical issues and implement solutions.
- Utilize tools for diagnosis and repair; liaise with suppliers for parts ordering and replacement.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.
- Attend equipment breakdowns, minimize downtime & implement practices to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
- Understand of industrial equipment/systems with 3 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of AC drives, electric motors, pneumatic cylinders, and roller/chain conveyors.
Familiarity with PLCs, control circuits, and electrical systems.
