Responsibilities
- Manage GM’s diary, meetings, travel, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with Sales, HoS, and stakeholders; maintain records and compliance tracking.
- Support sales team with offers, templates, CRM updates, dashboards (Power BI), and project files.
- Coordinate training programs and manage related budgets.
- Oversee office administration including reception, supplies, vendors, travel, and staff engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business Administration or MBA in Sales/Marketing.
2–3 years’ experience in PA, Sales Support, or Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and confident in managing senior stakeholders.
