JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in comprehensive training programs for non-supervisory roles to master core operational functions.
Leadership Training: Undertake supervisory training to develop capabilities in leading teams and managing both operational and administrative responsibilities.
- Career Progression: Complete all required training to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to perform independently, with a clear pathway to Assistant Manager.
- Company Alignment: Execute duties with a focus on the company's best interests, upholding its Vision, Mission, and Values at all times.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the recruitment process by identifying, evaluating, and recommending candidates for junior positions.
- Staff Development & Discipline: Support staff counselling initiatives and propose appropriate disciplinary measures to management, including potential employment termination when necessary.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Restaurant Manager to support overall operational excellence.
Requirements:
· Any Degree in any faculty
· Possess has good leadership skills with a good track record
· Able to lead, train, manage and motivate staff
· Experience in the kitchen environment will be preferred
