Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Planning – Assist in developing detailed project plans that align with client and business objectives
- Timeline & Schedule Management – Track project progress, identify potential delays, and coordinate with teams to stay on schedule
- Resource Allocation – Support the effective distribution of manpower, tools, and materials to optimize efficiency
- Data Management & Reporting – Maintain accurate project records and prepare clear, data-driven reports for management
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as a point of contact to understand client needs, provide updates, and ensure seamless project execution
- Market & Industry Research – Conduct market analysis to provide insights that improve planning strategies
- Risk Management Support – Identify potential risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate disruptions
- Technology & Tools Utilization – Use digital planning and project management tools to enhance workflow efficiency
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, project management software, and data visualization tools
