Management Support Executive, Healthcare Operations Job Opening In North West Community Development Council – Now Hiring Confidential


Job description

Job Summary
This role offers an excellent opportunity to begin a career in healthcare, providing comprehensive administrative and project support to senior management in a dynamic and impactful environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the Senior Management Office
  • Coordinate, schedule, and organise meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Collate and analyse data, and prepare presentation slides, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic and operational projects
  • Handle procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and submitting invoices to finance
  • Prepare and manage departmental expense claims and records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences, and maintain proper documentation through filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Organise and manage calendar schedules, meetings, events, and clinical-related work
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level in any discipline from recognised institutions
  • Preferably with experience in healthcare/ admin settings
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
