Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and engagements.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, facility tours, and events to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and documentation for projects and initiatives.
- Manage administrative processes for high-level meetings, including the timely preparation and compilation of papers.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and resourceful, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- Solid understanding and proven experience in supporting a broad range of corporate functions is preferred.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
