As part of our Management Trainee pathway, you will not only support the Senior Management Office in daily operations but also gain opportunities for rotational postings across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Senior Management Office.
- Coordinate, schedule and organise meetings, including preparing agendas, supporting documents, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Collate and analyse data to prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials.
- Support planning and execution of strategic and high-impact projects.
- Manage purchase requisitions, quotations, invoices, and departmental expense claims.
- Handle in-coming and out-going correspondences and maintain proper filing systems.
- Organise and manage calendar schedules, clinical commitments, and events.
- Coordinate overseas travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Perform general administrative duties such as typing, scanning, photocopying, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institution; Training will be provided to candidates without prior experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player who is also capable of working independently.
