We are seeking highly motivated graduates to join our Management Trainee Program in the F&B sector.
The program provides structured training in restaurant operations and people management, with a clear career path towards Store Manager and beyond.
Responsibilities
Participate in day-to-day restaurant operations (front-of-house, cashiering, kitchen support, delivery coordination).
Learn and implement operational SOPs to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist the Store Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Support sales and marketing activities to improve store performance.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve feedback to enhance service quality.
Assist with stock control, wastage management, and daily/weekly reporting.
Undergo rotational training across operations, supply chain, and business support functions.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related disciplines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Passion for the F&B industry with a growth mindset.
