We are looking for a Management Trainee with a passion for logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
This role is designed to fast-track your development into a future leadership role within our Supply Chain team.
Through on-the-job training and departmental rotations, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day operations, process optimization, inventory accuracy, and team management.
Warehouse & Inventory Operations: Learn and support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, stocktaking, and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure accuracy in stock levels and compliance with SOPs.
Driver Management & Logistics Coordination: Assist in planning delivery schedules, managing driver routes, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
Work closely with drivers to ensure compliance with delivery procedures and vehicle maintenance standards.
Setup Assistance: Provide hands‑on support in event setups, store openings, or major customer deliveries when required.
Flexibility and teamwork are essential during operational peak periods.
Rotational Department Exposure: Gain experience across key functions such as logistics, quality control, and inventory planning to understand the full supply chain cycle.
Process Improvement Projects: Contribute to operational efficiency by supporting projects that optimize warehouse layout, improve turnaround time, or enhance delivery performance.
System & Data Management: Learn to use warehouse and inventory management systems to manage stock levels, generate reports, and track KPIs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors, inventory controllers, and the logistics team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and high service levels.
Training & Mentorship: Receive continuous training, feedback, and mentorship from experienced leaders to develop skills in operations, people management, and problem-solving.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of working experience preferred (warehouse/logistics experience is an advantage).
Strong interest in warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics.
Organized, proactive, and willing to be hands‑on.
Good communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Willing to work flexible hours and assist with physical setups when necessary.
Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS is a plus.
Able to manage time effectively and work in a fast‑paced environment.
