Key Responsibilities:
- Support Management Training Programs – Assist in developing and executing leadership training initiatives
- Coach & Guide Team Members – Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new hires
- Analyze Performance & Training Needs – Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement strategies
- Coordinate Training Sessions – Work with different teams to ensure smooth delivery of management training
- Track Key Performance Metrics – Monitor progress and provide feedback to enhance learning effectiveness
- Enhance Workplace Operations – Assist in streamlining processes for better team efficiency
- Assist in Risk Management – Identify potential challenges in training and propose solutions
- Utilize Digital Learning Tools – Leverage technology and software to optimize training outcomes
- Gain Leadership Exposure – Work closely with senior managers and mentors to develop managerial skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
