Purpose
SIT has developed a new digital platform, SIT-Connects, built on Salesforce Education Cloud, to enhance learner management and student life.
This role is vital for ensuring the platform's smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement, requiring a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and application support experience.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and support for the Salesforce platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor and resolve system issues, errors, and performance bottlenecks, adhering to SLAs.
Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures.
Serve as escalation point for critical issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
Communicate system status and support activities clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and data protection regulations.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in application support, with 2-4 years managing Salesforce platforms.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and customization.
Proficiency in Salesforce tools like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud; knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and proactive issue resolution skills.
Team-oriented, proactive, quality-conscious, results-driven.
