As airport manager, CAG performs the key functions of airport operations, air hub development, retail and commercial activities, infrastructure development and airport emergency services.

Responsibilities
As part of the Changi East Programme Control Division, you will support the tracking of the various construction packages to ensure that they are on schedule and within cost.
You will be involved in driving the programme packaging including procurement and contracting strategies, scope and interface management, key change management processes and cost control management of projects related to the Changi East Development programme.
You will work closely with project managers, contract administrators, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the timely analysis, visualisation and reporting of programme wide schedule and costs indicators.
Qualifications
Degree in Infrastructure and Project Management, Built Environment, Engineering or related disciplines
At least 8 years' of relevant experience in project or contract management of large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
Those with fewer years of relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager role
Proficient in data analytics and visualisation applications (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for meaningful data storytelling and preparation of operational dashboards
Experience in construction costs estimating, budget and/or schedule management
Excellent analytical and critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task effectively and a good team player
