Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage digital presence including website, social media, and email marketing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain social media and respond to public feedbacks
- Lead content creation for internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, EDMs)
- Strengthen corporate branding through media relations and partnerships
- Support senior management in the delivery of corporate initiatives (e.g., marketing materials, speeches, presentations)
- Plan and execute branding and outreach campaigns
- Work with internal stakeholders to promote ESG, D&I, and community efforts
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism or related field
- 3 years of prior work experience in marketing and corporate communications, preferably in medium to large size organization
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and high level of discretion
