Job description

What the role is:
You conduct the Senior Military Expert courses for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).


What you will be working on:
Assist Course Coordinator in implementing new courses
Oversee training courses to ensure alignment with the DIS requirements
Manage administrative matters and the welfare of trainees
Administer post-course feedback and generate post-course reports
Challenges:
Understanding diverse training requirements and outcomes of various stakeholders
Maintaining proficiency in evolving training policies and directives
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years of experience in Training & Development and/or instructional domain is preferred
Strong integrity
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
