Roles & Responsibilities WSG's Emergency Preparedness Unit (EPU) is seeking a team member to support the planning and execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) & Emergency Preparedness activities.
Responsibilities
Broadly, the scope of work entails, but are not limited to:
- Pre-activity design and preparatory work.
- Engaging stakeholders across different business functions for coordination and training matters.
- Conducting the BCM activities.
- Tracking and collating activity outcomes for a range of reporting purposes.
- Supporting EPU's data work and information collation tasks, if necessary.
In addition, the candidate will also assist to review and re-engineer existing BCM workflows and staff aids to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft productivity tools, e.g., Word, Excel (including basic data treatment and analysis), PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Able to produce clear, engaging, and effective digital visual content (such as Electronic Direct Mails) using suitable tools and online design platforms.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to perform gaps analysis and translating them into improvements and tangible solutions.
- Meticulous and collaborative, comfortable with contributing both as an individual and team player.
- Experience with BCM frameworks and processes would be an added advantage.
