Job Responsibilities
Provide advanced troubleshooting and engineering support for electrical, mechanical, and BMS systems.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA), preventive and corrective actions for high-severity incidents.
Review and enforce engineering standards, MOPs, and maintenance procedures.
Manage asset lifecycle, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Oversee vendor performance, procurement, and contract renewals.
Support data centre certification programs (e.g. Green Mark, ISO).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational excellence and system reliability.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in managing critical facilities development or operations, as well as project management in 24x7 Data Centre environment.
Must possess certifications such as SCEM, GMM, GMFM, GMP, GMFP or other related certifications.
Professional certifications (e.g., CEng, PE, PMP, Uptime Accredited Tier Designer/Specialist) are preferred.
Proven track record in leading certification programs, including ANSI/TIA-942, Uptime, BCA-IDA Green Mark, SS564, LEED, ISO, etc.
Familiar with international standards such as ASHRAE, Uptime, ISO, NFPA, SS 564, SS 638.
