Part of the Digital Readiness Cluster in IMDA, the Digital for Life (DfL) Programme Office seeks to drive and further the Digital for Life movement, which aims to galvanise the 3P network to help citizens of all ages and walks of life to feel excited, empowered and enriched by digital technologies.
(What you will be working on)
Responsibilities

  • Partner Digital Readiness (DR) leadership to develop DfL initiatives in support of DR priorities and focus areas
  • Integrate efforts and synchronise operations across all DR business units as a unified programme office
  • Design and implement systems, workflows and SOPs from stakeholder mapping, lead generation, budget and knowledge management
  • Research and leverage CRM to develop insights for strategic partnership design and management
  • Design and deliver integrated 3P-centric partnership initiatives across diverse portfolios to achieve the outcome of a vibrant and digitally inclusive Singapore
  • Lead engagements to grow breadth and depth of portfolio of accounts
  • Strong collaboration and project management with eco-system of stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects
  • Organise annual signature DfL Festival to rally 3P and the community to participate and be enriched by digital initiatives

(What we are looking for)
Requirements
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Arts & Social Sciences or Business Administration preferred
  • 5 years’ relevant working experience in Business Development, Consumer Marketing, Partnership development and/or program management
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Excel at communications, negotiation, and conceptualisation skills
  • Good people engagement skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of infocomm technologies trends and infocomm applications for end-users
  • Partner Relationship Management skills
  • Proactive team player that is also able to work independently
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in Program Management, Event Management and/or new media communications
