Your Responsibilities
Drive new business development and build a strong client portfolio within your specialist market
Deliver on existing client mandates and support urgent hiring needs with efficiency and professionalism
Develop tailored recruitment strategies by applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving
Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates through consistent, high-quality engagement
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: market mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
Execute targeted outreach campaigns and proactively recruit mid to senior-level professionals
Stay on top of industry trends and provide market insights to clients and candidates
Collaborate cross‐functional teams including research, marketing, and operations
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Proven track record in recruitment or B2B sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and in‐person interactions
Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling abilities, and business development skills
Confidence engaging with senior‐level professionals (Managers to C‐level)
High level of accountability and ability to work independently in a fast‐paced setting
(Manager/Director) Prior experience managing and developing recruitment teams is a plus
Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a bonus
