Manager / Engineer (Green Mark / SCEM) Job Opening In Central Singapore Community Development Council – Now Hiring Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd


Job description

Job Responsibilities:

·       Manage and oversee daily facilities maintenance operations, including ACMV, chiller, HVAC, and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

·       Perform routine inspections to promptly identify and resolve maintenance issues.

·       Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions, coordinating timely resolutions with internal teams and external contractors.

·       Analyse data from building management systems to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects.

·       Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

·       Provide training and support to facility staff to enhance technical skills and operational knowledge.

Requirements:

·       Diploma / Bachelor's degree in M&E Engineering / Facilities Management  or any relevant field

·       Min 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably engineering or FM industry.

·       Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical maintenance.

·       At least 3-4  years of experience on  air-conditioning systems.

·       Must have Certification in Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) /  Facilities Management (GMAP(FM)) and/or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).
