Responsibilities
WHATYOU’LLBEDOINGONANYGIVENDAY
MediaPlanning&Strategy:
Developandexecute full-funnelmediaplans acrossdigitalandtraditionalchannels,ensuringalignmentwithbusinessobjectives.
Drive strategicmediarecommendations andidentifyopportunitiestoenhancecampaignperformance.
Ensure cross-channelintegration acrosspaidsearch,social,display,programmatic,andofflinechannels.
Client&StakeholderManagement:
Serveasthe day-to-daypointofcontact forclient’sstakeholders,ensuringsmoothcommunicationandalignment.
Manageexpectations,providestrategicguidance,andpresentmediaperformanceinsightstoclients.
Workcloselywiththe activationteam tooverseecampaignexecutionandensureflawlessdelivery.
Cross-TeamCollaboration:
Liaisewithinternalteams,including Creative,Data,andAnalytics ,toensurecampaignassetsandtrackingareoptimized.
Workwiththeprojectmanagementteamtoalignontimelines,deliverables,andreporting.
Collaboratewithfinanceandprocurementteamson budgetmanagement andreconciliation.
CampaignExecution&Optimization:
Overseethe launch,tracking,andoptimization ofmediacampaigns,ensuringefficiencyandeffectiveness.
Analyzeperformancedata,extractinsights,andrecommend real-timeoptimizations .
Ensurecampaignsaredeliveringagainst KPIs andproposeactionableimprovements.
Reporting&PerformanceAnalysis:
Developandpresent regularperformancereports toclients,highlightingkeytakeawaysandrecommendations.
WorkwiththedataandBIteamtoensurecorrecttrackingandattributionforperformanceanalysis.
Monitorindustrytrendsandemergingtechnologiestocontinuouslyrefinemediastrategies.
Required Skills
DOESTHISSOUNDLIKEYOU
Minimum5years ofexperiencein paidmediaplanningandactivation (agencyexperiencepreferred).
Strongunderstandingof cross-channelmediabuying ,including paidsearch,social,programmatic,display,andvideo .
Experiencein client-facingroles ,withtheabilitytomanagemultiplestakeholders.
Strong projectmanagementskills andtheabilitytocoordinatewithmultipleteams.
Data-drivenmindsetwithexperiencein campaignanalysisandperformancereporting .
Proficiencyin GoogleAds,MetaAdsManager,DV360,andothermediaplatforms .
Excellentcommunication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills.
Familiaritywith luxuryhospitalityortravelindustries isaplus.
