We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and hands‐on Finance Manager to lead the finance operations of our Laos entity.
The ideal candidate is expected to have 5–10 years of relevant experience, a strong initiative, and a startup mindset to drive and implement processes effectively in a dynamic environment.
The candidate will be required to work full‐time overseas in
Laos .

Laos (with reporting line to Singapore HQ)
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily finance and accounting operations in compliance with local and group standards
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS for consolidation purposes
Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and Singapore HQ on all finance, audit, and compliance matters
Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting accuracy
Coordinate and support the implementation of the new accounting system (Xero), including data migration, process alignment, and staff training
Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance team to strengthen overall finance capabilities and performance
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Hands‐on experience with accounting systems; prior Xero implementation experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across different levels
Willingness to be based in
Laos
and work closely with both local and regional teams

Salary: $7,000 - $8,000
