Position Summary
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Manager, APAC Network & Distribution , to join our Rolls‐Royce Power Systems team.
This pivotal role is responsible for developing, optimizing and maintaining a high‐performing network for Rolls‐Royce Power Systems products and services across the Asia Pacific region.
Acting as a strategic partner, the role collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective route‐to‐market strategies, strengthen partnerships, and enable Power Systems’ success in the region.
What You Will Be Doing
Route‐To‐Market Strategy – Develop effective route‐to‐market strategies through rigorous analysis and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners.
Proactively monitor market trends, business objectives, and performance metrics to continuously adapt and optimize strategies.
Network Performance & Optimization – Analyze network performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement initiatives including new partner search, partner role restructuring, and consolidation where required.
Partner Relationship Management – Foster strategic and collaborative partnerships, ensuring alignment on shared objectives to enhance mutual success.
Partner Development – Drive initiatives such as business planning, strategy alignment, performance improvement and capability building to strengthen the network.
Partner Governance & Steering – Ensure timely and effective implementation of standard partner steering activities across the region.
Partner Contract Management & Compliance – Support contractual negotiations and enforcement of partnership agreements, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations, in line with our Win Right principles.
Partner Advocacy & Escalation Management – Act as the voice of the partner within the organization.
Advocate for partner needs, communicate challenges, and support escalation resolution with internal stakeholders.
Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement – Contribute actively to global and regional strategic projects to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Position Requirements
Extensive experience in route‐to‐market strategy, network/channel/partner management, ideally within industrial or power systems sectors.
Proven ability to manage complex partner ecosystems and influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple countries and cultures.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
Comfortable with regional travel (approx.
20–30%).
