Overview
What the role is: You are the main liaison between Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) and the National Service (NS) management system.
Responsibilities
Handle and respond to NSmen queries and feedback
Channel complex inquiries to appropriate agencies for resolution
Liaise with National Service supporting agencies and stakeholders
Plan and coordinate NS activities
Ensure timely closure of NSmen's concerns
Facilitate smooth communication between NSmen and various NS-related entities
Challenge(s) - Multi-tasking across a wide scope of responsibilities
Meet objectives within specified timelines
What we are looking for
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Administration or equivalent
Strong command of English language (both written and oral)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer literacy
Competence in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently
Flexibility to respond to different situations
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
