About the Role
The Operations Support Manager will be responsible for assisting Senior Managers and General Managers with day-to-day operations.
They will review safety and quality incidents, prepare reports for central portal systems, and monitor project tracking systems to identify issues and provide feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Manager and General Manager with daily operations.
- Review safety and quality incidents, prepare reports for central portal systems.
- Monitor project tracking systems, identify issues, and provide feedback.
- Check QAQC data, highlight discrepancies to relevant staff members.
- Assist in reviewing design and construction plans, providing recommendations on methods and practices.
- Support review of tender projects, liaise with local teams.
- Contribute to education and upskilling of local construction staff members.
- Travel to support projects, tenders, and tasks related to design, planning, safety, and quality assurance.
- Participate in innovation and review of corporate policies, HSE standards.
- Coordinate HSE responsibilities with project teams.
