What the role is:
You play a pivotal role in ensuring the raise, train, and sustain capability of Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in Air Power Generation Command (APGC), contributing to the defence of Singapore.
What you will be working on:
- Collaborate and interact with internal and external agencies
- Analyse and plan ahead in terms of Route of Advancement (ROA), postings, and courses for NSmen
- Resolve issues pertaining to NSmen challenges
- Multitask and coordinate between stakeholders and units
- Plan and execute NSmen development initiatives
- Manage diverse stakeholder requirements
What we are looking for:
- Relevant background in Human Resource (HR) is advantageous
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
